Bollinger Shipping's Environmental Initiatives Minimize

We share a lot of the concern that there is regarding the environment and how we all in the transport industries need to make an effort to reduce the impact of the carbon dioxide emissions that to some degree we are all responsible for producing. While many companies may be making a claim to be environmentally friendly by for example trying to use less paper - we at Bollingers have decided to actually do something very significant about carbon dioxide emissions. Consequently as well as taking various other initiatives we are the major supporter of what we have been advised is the largest private tree planting venture in the Central Tablelands of NSW. Bollinger Shipping Agency is the custodian and manager of a 25,000 tree plantation of Shiney leaf Gum Trees (Eucalyptus nitens) that was established by Brian Bollinger in May 2007 at Edith, near Oberon about 180km west of Sydney. All our clients’ can be very proud of assisting our company's on-going commitment to support such a worthy long-term venture.
