Whilst freight forwarding can produce carbon dioxide emissions, Bollinger Shipping Agency have taken an innovative approach to create environmental support and awareness.

The Bollinger Approach

As a freight forwarding and customs clearing company, Bollinger acknowledge the impact freight forwarding can have on the environment. While many shipping agencies claim to be environmentally friendly, Bollinger have taken various initiatives to ensure we are true to our word.

In 2007, the then Managing Director Brian Bollinger established a 25,000 Eucalyptus nitens tree plantation near Oberon, west of Sydney. Although an expert in freight forwarding and customs clearance, Bollinger’s Managing Director decided to add a green approach to the business.

Today, Bollinger Shipping Agency is the custodian and manager of the largest private Eucalyptus nitens tree plantation venture in the Central Tablelands of NSW.
