Retirement note from employee

It is strange to be saying goodbye after so many years working hand in hand with BSA, but I must say it has been a pleasure to have been associated with everyone at BSA (both past and present). 

May I take this opportunity to thank you ALL for your patience with my annoying queries and your overall assistance in the 11years that I have been at STAEDTLER.  I am sure that things ran smoothly simply because of your years of experience, expertise, efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.

I don’t want to sound like a speech given at the Logies  as ‘I don’t want to single out anyone in particular’, but  here goes anyway  –  thanks to Peter for co-ordinating our deliveries,  Jamie for her work in getting our duty records up-to-scratch and Matthew with the wonderful job done in relation to the TCOs especially after our factory shut-down.  Barry, along with everything else you have done to make my life so much easier, thank you very much for the  Christmas cheer you so kindly delivered each year.Rather like Santa;  then to send your Little Helper (Holly) when time did not permit a visit from you.  It was greatly appreciated, both the goodies and the visits that is.

Hi Barry,

My bike arrived last night! It is in quite reasonable condition (all things considered) and started up first go. I’ve taken tomorrow off and will start a brand new adventure called registering an overseas purchased bike in NSW. 

I just wanted to thank you and Lalin for everything you have done. Your calm persistence in working through all the issues with HTX and organising the final leg of the journey is much appreciated. It was a genuinely good feeling to be reunited with the bike that I had experienced so many adventures on in the US.

 Thanks again and enjoy a good night’s sleep tonight!
